The big launch for my book finally arrived on 1st May and I had been planning every detail for many months. I’m so proud that so many of the people and celebrities in my book were able to celebrate with me on the night. Several people commented that I have created a ‘family’ with all the people featured in the book – and it’s true. Ruth McCartney suggested we have a reunion every year…so mark your calendars! It was so wonderful to see everyone together for the first time, sharing stories and all celebrating this very special book. Over the last three years this has been a real labour of love project that I have put my heart and soul into. To finally hold the book in my hand and receive the incredible applause from my guests was emotional and overwhelming…thank you to everyone to has been part of my journey and helped my dream come true.
